Mr. Kazemeini-Boroujerdi’s request from the Marja’: Break your silence regarding the ruling oligarchs

The new year has begun with a mountain of problems and though Norooz was filled with joy and excitement, the freshness of spring was replaced by sky rocketing prices and more pointless dead ends.
During the last thirty five years, instead of the festivities and the warmth of the new years, the dictators have done nothing than the breaking of the spirits and the humanity of the destitute and needy and have further degraded and dehumanized those who have already suffered.

A Letter Addressed To UN Special Rapporteur Dr. Shaheed

April 22, 2014 at 7:32pm
Dear Dr. Shaheed and Honorable World Leaders,
I am composing this correspondence to you in order to once again draw your attention to the plight of Mr. Kazemeini Boroujerdi.
Kazemeini Boroujerdi is a democratic reformer whom has been subjected to soul – shattering physical and psychological torture at the malevolent hands of the Iranian regime.
He was abducted from his residence by the regime’s security forces on the 8th October 2006.
Members of Mr. Boroujerdi’s family and close associates were mercilessly beaten during the course of the raid.

Mr. Kazemeini-Boroujerdi cautions his family about visiting him

As a part of the continued and ever increasing psychological pressures on Mr. Hossein Kazemeini-Boroujerdi, on Saturday, April 12th when the Kazemeini-Boroujerdi family appeared at Evin prison for a visit, agents of the regime subjected them to harsh physical searches, and verbally abused and insulted them.
Given the ongoing abuse and vicious behavior, in an act of protest against the regime’s agents, Mr. Boroujerdi announced that he will no longer put his family through the indignity and that he will cease to visit with his family.

Mr. Hossein Kazemeini-Boroujerdi’s spokesperson and representative, Maryam Moazenzadeh met with Ingeborg Stolte, the director of the Iran desk at the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, during the month of March 2014. While explaining the Iranian regime’s continuing and ever-increasing human rights violations against political prisoners, Ms. Moazenzadeh provided Ms. Stolte with a complete dossier on Mr. Kazemeini-Boroujerdi’s condition, as well as information on the Boroujerdi family members and a large number of Mr. Boroujerdi’s supporters, most of whom have been imprisoned and tortured. Others who have not however, have been threatened, intimidated and terrorized by agents of the regime.

Deception of the Iranian regime against liberal, imprisoned cleric

Deception of the Iranian regime’s Special Clerical Tribunal and the interrogators of the Ministry of Intelligence and Surveillance against liberal, imprisoned cleric

Based on received reports, on Monday, April 7th, 2014, Mr. Kazemeini-Boroujerdi was transferred to the Evin prison infirmary, however nothing was done to actually treat him. The entire situation was totally staged and filmed however. It appears that this charade was organized as a response to the statement issued by the United Nations Rapporteurs and Amnesty International, and other international human rights bodies who had expressed serious concern for the gravity of Mr. Kazemeini-Boroujerdi’s medical condition.  The Special Clerical Tribunal (which has been created in order to quash all clerics who oppose the regime of the Supreme Leader) and the agents of the Ministry of Intelligence and Surveillance are intent on deceiving everyone where the case of Mr. Kazemeini-Boroujerdi is concerned.
