Happy new year of the Jews, Hanukkah celebration

Hanukkah is the celebration of the Jewish New Year. We celebrate this time with all adherents of these great religions. We join in the celebration of all religious beliefs and traditions afforded to all people.
We come to this joint celebration through our common vision for freedom and peace. Unlike the current anti-Semitic regime of Iran who creates animosity and hatred among those who descend from the prophet Ibrahim.

National Security Law Brief: The Green Movement has evolved from “where is my vote” and demands of reform have shifted to demanding outright regime change in which a secular democracy is the end goal.  The slogan of the movement has become ”Esteghlal(independence), Azadi (Freedom), Jomhouri Irani (Republic of Iran)”. The overwhelming consensus among the opposition is for a secular democratic government which respects basic human rights but those people who come out and say this are then targeted and forced to fear the wrath of the Iranian regime desperately trying to keep hold of its last remaining vestiges power. One of Iran’s most respected and senior clerics, Ayatollah Kazemeini Borojerdy, who advocates separation of religion and government and has been put into prison under brutal conditions for expressing his views. Heshmat Tabarzadi, a leading freedom activist advocates the separation of religion and government as well as invocation and adherence to a constitution based on the UN Declaration of Human Rights. The combination of State and Islam, a carnal idea Seyed Hossein Kazemeini Boroujerdi- June 2010

The greetings of the tormented captive in Evin prison to the Creator who created nothing, but beauty, grace and kindness.
Greetings to the messengers who have no mission, but broadcasting love, kindness and friendship.
With respect for dear Iran that is suffering under the most severe forms of discriminations, oppressions and criminality. Iran’s current history registers all disgraces and scandals inflicted upon the holy presence of God by barbaric religious authorities.
Indeed, monotheistic religions are free from the possession, control, and distortions of worldly irreligious men. You will never witness any pressures, threats and physical and psychological tortures committed by leaders of these religions. Under these religions, even the sentence of eternal hell is transformed into heaven by the grace and intercession of God. We see the kindness and tenderness of our Lord in the stories of the prophets as He caresses His people in His great and kind embrace.
When religion and politics are combined, opportunities for deceit, ruse and, crime will appear. The Lord of purity, goodness and happiness will change to the ghoul of torture, torment and violence. This principle is in accordance with this verse of holy Quran which says: (“و یخرجون الناس من دین الله افواجا” means the people leave Allah’s religion in crowds) will become certain. I wish I were dead and I had never seen such these deplorable and lamentable days.

The Outrage and Opposition to Political Islam The New statement of Mr. Boroujerdi from Evin prison

With courtesy and respect for the Creator that respects humans with the verse of Quran
{« و لقد کرّمنا بنی آدم » [We really made humans respectful]} respected and has never wanted humans to suffer disgrace and poverty. With all my heart, I have dedicated my whole existence for to the Lord. His charters and commands have enhanced human dignity and His banner and flag has been {« لقد خلقنا الانسان فی احسن تقویم »
[We really create human in the best condition]}. God has never commanded the torment and persecution of human beings that are the best creature in the universe. God has always respected and appreciated His best creation, [the human being], and has never subjected His creation to any form of legal difficulty and torment. Many years of my life have been spent on religious preaching and propagating the culture of real and peaceful religion. And I always devoted my life to communicating God’s kindness and gifts to people and to attracting […] people without any expectations. Divine success in my mission was so great that masses of my compatriots are brought together in the spiritual assemblies although the regime denies us access to the mass media. The success of my movement created fear in the hearts of the insular religious authorities. The authorities refuse to tolerate a community of believers that escaped from their religion of violence. The regime used force to destroy views and rituals which demonstrate that Islam is incompatible with politics. As a result, infants were subjected to total cruelty, young people were tortured, the elderly were treated without mercy, and some people were murdered.

Amnesty International
Human Rights Watch

Your Excellency!
According to recent events and evidence put forward by various independent human right organizations, the Islamic republic of Iran has put the people under immense pressure and dissidents are being imprisoned under false accusations such as “acting against national security”, espionage and even high treason.
These detainees are tortured both physically and mentally and now the government is using increased executions as a deterrent method.
We are sure that you are well informed on the recent five political executions and no doubt additional executions will take place.

Statement by Ayatollah Boroujerdi

June 2010
In the name of God, beautiful and merciful,

In memory of the creator who forbade oppression and ordered kindness. Thanks to a religion that did not permit tyranny and condemned dictatorship.
Lord: now that our people are burned in the injustice of the state religion […] I am prepared for a red death and will reveal the crimes of a political Islam through my death.
Lord: long years of torment of this government have led to the collapse of my organs and destruction of my life. I do not forget the moment when one of the leaders in Palestine was released from an Israeli prison after a long time and we saw him on television: fit, healthy and cheery; contradicting all negative propaganda in the ruling media about the prisons in Israel. Comparing this with my own situation as an independent religious leader shows a horrific reality.

About Amir Entezam and Boroujerdi

An appeal to the international authorities to save two prisoners from the dangerous conditions they live in
We are highlighting the imminent danger threatening the fate of two political prisoners in Iran and we are appealing to you not to let the Islamic Republic of Iran succeed in consigning the case of these two political prisoners, one of whom undergoes regular torture, to oblivion.
Abbas Amir Entezam is the longest serving political prisoner in Iran, who was sentenced to life imprisonment about thirty years ago and currently is serving a suspended leave due to his many physical and psychiatric injuries he has suffered and had to undergo an operation recently. We hope with the support of the international community his sentience be quashed and he can once again declare his political position freely.

A shocking report about the tortures on Ayatollah Boroujerdi

According to the report received by one of the guards of Evin prison; Mr. Boroujerdi has been detained in solitary confinement under the control of Information ward since April 22, 2010 up to April 27, 2010 and the special officials diffused chemical and microbial gases with various colors and smells in the space of his cell during this period! As this matter resulted in the gravity of his physical condition and they became compelled to return him to the general ward.
It is necessary to say that such these inhumane and savage actions are nothing new and some of dissident prisoners had been afflicted by various brain diseases and paralysis due to such these awful tortures during last years too.

April 28, 2010

Mr. Boroujerdi’s first phone call after some days under tortures in solitary confinement

These damages are resulted from revealing and withstanding at the tortures of religious despots and from the inattention of international communities, responsible characters and some of news agencies!
Ayatollah Boroujerdi has been threatened to amputation of his hands if he says anything about the tortures!
The text of the audio file is as follow;
I have called to inform you that I have come out of solitary confinement right now. I was in the special ward of Information. They said: “you made rebellion and incited prisoners”. And finally they told me: “don’t say anything, if you say a word, we will amputate your hands”.
If I was officially recognized as an independent religious leader by the United Nations, they couldn’t torture me this much.
If God pleases, these difficulties will finish and the condition will become better.

This morning April 25, Nosratabadi, second assistant of Jafar Ghadyani in the special court for clergy, said to Mr. Boroujerdi’s family: “Kazemeini Boroujerdi has been transferred to solitary confinement under the order of the authorities of Evin prison!”

The transfer of Ayatollah Boroujerdi to solitary confinement

According to the report received from Evin prison; Ayatollah Boroujerdi has been transferred to solitary confinement since April 22, 2010 following his protest against the continual violation of his rights and of other prisoners, but there is no more information about his condition yet.
It must be said that Mr. Boroujerdi has spent about one year of his 44-month- imprisonment in solitary confinements of Evin prison and Yazd central prison as yet and based upon the declaration of the supreme leader released on January 7, 1995: “each day in solitary confinement should be counted equal to 10 days in general section “the imprisonment period of this political and ideological prisoner had been finished in Dec 2009.
Since there had been some machinations planed to kill this dissident prisoner during last months, continuance of this condition has increased the concern of Human Rights defenders and the opponents of religious government about Mr. Boroujerdi’s life.

According to the received reports from the special ward for clergy in Evin prison; there have been more than 10 cases of poisoning about the prisoners in this ward during two last months.
According to the statement of one of the prisoners who has been released from this appalling ward; a physician had recommended that: “don’t use the prison’s food, because it not only has no nutrient value, but is polluted and in addition to digestive problems, it will lead to some serious diseases like cancer after a long term.”
He said: “the guards and low-ranking stuff of the prison who are from a low part of society, refuse to eat the food of the prison and bring food from their house, in addition some of them recommend the prisoners that eating only bread is better than the prisons’ food.”
He also added: since the prison’s kitchen is ran by some of the prisoners, so the reason of the low quality of food is using cheap, unhealthy and expired foodstuffs as tight meats, addled eggs and green potatoes which have Solanine poison are among them.
Mr. Boroujerdi, one the victims of such these inhumane actions in the special ward for clergy, has warned about these actions as silent tortures and obvious examples of human rights violations in the medieval prisons of Vilayat-e-Faqih in his various messages to his lawyers and Human Rights organizations!

Another dangerous happening in the special ward for clergy

According to the report received, Tuesday afternoon April 13, a man who had a strong body and had an acute mental disease, was trying to ignite the ward by making a quarrel and opening gas pipe. During this event that was defeated because of the prison’s officials and prisoners’ intervening, some of the prisoners were injured. This mental patient had beaten some prisoners and threatened them to death during last week.
The prison’s guards in addition to expressing their wonder about the sudden presence of this man in the special ward for clergy, said: “this matter (the man’s presence) has been happened under the order of the prosecutor of the special court for clergy.”
The available evidences state that the man is probably an official and has been transferred to this ward for some sinister schemes. According to the valid news received, unfortunately, the government is using some dastardly actions to ruin Mr. Boroujerdi and in the case of the failure of these machinations, very probably they will transfer this dissident prisoner to another section to gain their goals easily, as debarring him from visiting his family for two months is a part of these anti human Rights projects.

One of uncommon instance of Human Rights violations in Evin prison

According to the report received, on Thursday morning, April 8, 2010; a very dangerous psychopath has been transferred to special ward for clergy where Mr. Boroujerdi is detained. According to this fact that such these patients are abused as a means to torture prisoners physically and psychologically and even to ruin them, so such this dangerous action is an obvious instance of human rights violation in Evin prison.
The relevant authorities have said in reply to the protest of the prisoners that: “this patient has psychological stress and crisis and we are not responsible for any of his behaviors.”
Considering this fact that authorities of a prison are charged with providing the health and life security of all the prisoners of that prison, so Evin authorities are responsible for every kind of events which may be taken place by this patient, and they can’t never acquit themselves by planning such these machinations.

Mr. Boroujerdi has been debarred from visitation in Evin prison

On Saturday April 3, the prison’s authorities announced that “this prisoner (Mr. Boroujerdi) is debarred from visitation until further information”.
Considering the threats and machinations planed to ruin and annihilate this political and ideological champion in last March, this announcement has intensified the concerns on him.
According to available evidences; the authorities of Evin prison and of special court for clergy believe that they can pave the way to kill this dissident clergy or make him submit himself to the government’s desires, by increasing pressures and tortures like forbidding him to communicate with his family or keeping news agencies and Human Rights defenders uninformed about his state.
Mr. Boroujerdi has been denied to visit his family while he is exposed to blindness and is suffering from serious diseases like asthma and heart and kidney problems by the way he is in urgent need of medical examinations in an equipped hospital.
