On the morning of Saturday, December 5, 2015, the phone of the ward which Mr. Boroujerdi is confined in was cut off while he was in conversation, this interruption continued for 24 hours, he and other prisoners of this ward were deprived of phone calls.

To all those in the world who are in quest of God 
To see a human being hurt and harmed in the name of religion is very regretful.  All humans with a conscience will be distressed when humanity is harmed under the banner of a religion. God has created mankind for representing him and his own caliphate, and even though at times of hardship he puts him into test, yet he will not be satisfied or pleased to see him oppressed.

Faith is a ladder between humans and their creator, impregnating their conscience by spirituality. A religious person turns to enlightenment which leads the world towards evolution, and enriches the creatures in the path of God Almighty. Religions have a great responsibility in the revitalization of spirituality which will bring virtue and veracity to people. The existence of different divine religions - given the manifold tastes, creeds and interests, can be in view of transcendence of divine promises to the world. However, sometimes the contradictions and incoherence between these divine doctrines results in the creation of tensions and conflicts rather than unity between the world theists.

The violence shows itself in many different ways in the world. There are people in every corner of the world, who have tasted the bitterness of confronting terror, terrorists and insecurity. Terrorist attacks in Paris and also in other countries such as Lebanon once again reminds people of the world of this fact that if they do not try to achieve lasting peace in all countries to panic and soon black shadow spread terrorism all over the world, soon the black shadow of terror will spread over all the world and comfort and security of all of us will fade away. Now, one of the main causes of violence in the world, especially the Middle East, is political Islam and religious rule, which makes it essential to draw the public attention to this problem.

Despite the pursuit of human rights organizations and individuals, Mr. Boroujerdi’s physical condition and health have been reported to be poor. This prisoner of conscience, who is spending the tenth year of his 11-year sentence in Evin's prison solely because of his peaceful views, is suffering from various diseases such as heart and respiratory diseases and also osteoporosis, because of being deprived of medical care and adequate food, and being under torture during his detention, and Still deprived of medical services.

Amnesty- More broadly, Amnesty International calls on the Iranian authorities to urgently address the inhumane detention conditions prevalent in many of Iran’s prisons, which contribute to medical conditions developing in prisoners or exacerbate pre-existing ones. The authorities must also ensure that all those in detention have access to adequate medical treatment in line with international human rights standards and ensure that those needing specialized treatment are granted medical leave.

Suspicious death of the Labor Prisoner Shahrokh Zamani in Prison

Following the grievous death of jailed Iranian union activist Mr. Shahrokh Zamani, was kept in Rajai Shahr prison, BCR Group condemning the crime and believes Iran’s Republic Islamic authorities are absolutely responsible for his death. BACKGROUND ON THE IMPRISONMENT OF AYATOLLAH HOSSEIN KAZAMEINI BOROUJERDI

Ayatollah Hossein Kazameini Boroujerdi has been held in Evin prison since his arrest in 2006. He is 56 years old.

Ayatollah Boroujerdi rejects the principle of political leadership by the clergy, a central feature of Iran’s constitution. He advocates the removal of religion from the political basis of the state. He publicly challenged the regime’s theological doctrine—promulgated by Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini in the early days of the Islamic Revolution of 1979—that only an Islamic jurist can rule the country. Mr. Boroujerdi instead supports the traditional Shiite view that religious leaders should stay out of politics and preach their messages to the faithful in mosques. Since 1994 he has been summoned repeatedly before the Special Court for the Clergy, and detained in Evin and other prisons.

He is the subject of an Amnesty International Urgent Action.

The Special Cleric Ward in the notorious Evin prison is one of the ignominious wards that imprisoned clerics are persecuted and suppressed by prison officials as well as authorities have systematically ordered. As you are aware, I have been at the service of religion, minus politics, since twenty years now, at the beginning of which, due to my independent religious thoughts and opinions, I was imprisoned at the secret prison of Towhid, which is located next to the central post office, and was tortured with hideous devices, destined for a physical and mental breakdown; and fourteen years before that, following a non-political monotheistic publication, I was also imprisoned for a few months in ward 209 of the Ministry of Intelligence, and was subjected to harassment and persecution. Also, during these nine years, as a defender of human rights, I have experienced all kinds of torment to the point that I have lost all of my health, and have no hope to continue my life – my legs are becoming paralyzed, my eyes are becoming blind, my lungs are in danger of failing, my heart is on a path to a heart attack, and my brain is bringing me closer to death. Nine years - every second of which has been accompanied by a mountain of excruciating pressures.

A New Case at the Special Clerical Court for Mr. Kazemeini Boroujerdi

Mr. Kazemeni Boroujerdi is facing new charges from the Special Clerical Court due to publication of his new book.

Following the news on April 12, 2015 regarding transfer of Mr. Kazemeini Boroujerdi to the Special Clerical Court and hours of interrogation, new information has been received as follows:

During that few-hour interrogation, one of the officials of the Special Clerical Court, called Mr. Nosrat Abadi, has told Mr. Kazemeini Boroujerdi that he will soon have to attend a new court hearing regarding publication of his new book.

In an arranged plan by the Ministry of Intelligence, Mr. Kazemeini Boroujerdi’s cellmate had been filming him. Meanwhile, this person was released from prison in April 11, 2015. A group of political prisoners in Iran have expressed concern about the condition of imprisoned Ayatollah Kazemeini Boroujerdi and called for urgent action to end his suffering. In a joint open letter, 21 political prisoners in Evin Prison in Tehran and Rajai-Shahr Prison in Karaj called for the attention of human rights organizations to Mr. Boroujerdi’s condition.

WMA(15.01.2015) The World Medical Association has written to Iran’s leader, Ayatollah Sayed ‘Ali Khamenei, to urge for the immediate release of the jailed Iranian cleric Sayed Hossein Kazemeyni Boroujerdi, who is serving an 11 year prison sentence.

WMA President Dr. Xavier Deau said that Kazemeyni Boroujerdi was in urgent need of medical treatment and should be released as a prisoner of conscience.

The Situation of Mr. Kazemeini Boroujerdi his urgent requirement of medical treatment

On Saturday morning, 3 January 2015, Mr. Kazemeini Boroujerdi’s family referred to Evin prison for regular Fortnightly visit, however they found him not able to move even two other prisoners had to assist him to walk from his cell to visiting room.

Mr. Kazemeini Boroujerdi is a prisoner of conscience who is jailed since 2006 spending his 11 years imprisonment sentence, but due to improper situation of prison and continuous tortures, he has got a lot of different illnesses such as Heart and kidney decease.
