Detention of two women of Ayatollah Boroujerdi's followers

two women of Ayatollah Boroujerdi's followers were arrested after going to special Court of Clergy.
After publishing Ayatollah Boroujerdi's audio messages on international Media that caused more restriction on his communication and also led to his transferring to isolation cell, some of his relatives referenced to Special Court of Clergy on Wednesday, January 28 , 2009 that were behaved disrespectfully by the file judge and the court men.
Following the court behavior with these women, two of them, Zahra Abdullahvand married, 31- year- old and Maryam Ghasemi married, 32-year-old were arrested and transferred to isolation cells in 240 section of Evin prison.
The judge of Ayatollah Boroujerdi's file said on mentioned date:" the government believes that every kind of behavior with Mr. Boroujerdi, his family and relatives is its legal right".
It is necessary to say that there is no clear information on the fate of the arrested people after their transference to Evin Prison.

The concerning transference of Ayatollah Boroujerdi

Last day Ayatollah Boroujerdi was transferred to an unknown location in Yazd prison on not certain reasons.
Last day morning January 28, 2009 Ayatollah Kazemeini Boroujerdi was transferred to a special isolation cell where was provided for him recently.
Formerly this prisoner clergyman had phoned his family and informed it about the efforts of prison authorities to provide an isolation place to detain him and to make more pressures and limited his connections with out of prison world. After this transference there is no information on his situation.
Ayatollah Boroujerdi's family expresses its concerning on his fate and asks international Human Rights institutes to consider the situation of this prisoner clergyman and support him. It believes that Ayatollah Boroujerdi has no life security in such this place and he will probably be put in more pressures to confess in TV.

One of the followers and accuseds of Ayatollah Kazemeini Boroujerdi's file is bedridden in a Hospital

On Monday morning, January 26, 2008 Mr. Mehrdad Souri 37-year-old and married after tolerating severe pains in his bowel was transferred to Buali hospital in Tehran and was immediately operated on.

He had been detained in general section of Evin prison for 5 months from Mordad 13, 1387 .he suffered from digestive diseases and had been confided to bed in the hospital in the prison for several times during his detention. Gas poisoning in the first detention ( in Oct 2006) , unsuitable hygiene and malnutrition and nervous pressures in prison have intensified his diseases, moreover he had been beaten during the first months of detention in 209 and 240 sections of Evin in 2006.

It is necessary to say that was an electrician that was eliminated from his official job in 2006; this matter has caused severe economical pressures on him and his family too.

The protest message of the liberal clergyman Ayatollah Boroujerdi on occasion of the anniversary of the shameful 1357 revolution

Today, when I went to buy a phone card, I found that my Samin credit account has been depleted; it is a shameless action that the government authorities put me in strait more than before. Confiscating these sums by a government has billions of tommans incomes is so ridiculous, but is a proper torturing means to put a prisoner in pressure. Indeed, how sadness and painful is giving a decade called "Fajr" welcome also expressing happy and pride on government media! How can you be proud of your revolution ,while a nation has been plunged into the ocean of misery and calamity and the number of persons you have detained is so many as countless prisons of Iran have no capacity enough for this huge population and prisons' cells and sections is being increased ?!

The absolute majority of oppressed people of Iran are under the poverty line, economic is in an undeniable state of bankruptcy, the statistics of annihilation of families is shocking and the religious opinions and interests and spiritual desires have reached a dreadful annihilation too. What congratulation is left for Bahman 22, 1357? By God every body that sees these treasons, crimes and damages and doesn't protest has neither divine conscience, nor national zeal.

O'God be witness that I protest against unreal claimers of religion and politics by my heart while there is no protest voice and all the shouts are silent. Isn't there any savior in the world to save these oppressed and poor people?

The report of holding the court of two people of Ayatollah Boroujerdi's followers

The first section of the court to consider the charges of ladies: Narges Ghafarzade and Maryam Azimi, two people of Ayatollah Boroujerdi's followers was held in Special Court of clergy on Wednesday, January 24, 2009.

In this court that took more that 3 hours, the above-named defended themselves against some charges like: acting against national security, spying, revolting, using cold weapons, advocacy of Mr.Boroujerdi and act.

The mentioned people expressed their opinions in connection with their charge of advocacy of Ayatollah Boroujerdi moreover said this clergy has always invited to peace and calmness .they said that calling advocacy of such this opinion as a crime is illegal also added in order to complete their statements: Mr.Boroujerdi has protested against the illegal procedures of Special Court of clergy in several times and has sent letter to high-level authorities of government but there was no attention.

These two ladies explained about using cold weapons on October 8 ,2006 that : we faced to different kind of weapons, baton ,tear gas ,acid ,and boiling water so we didn't have any resort but using the least available defensive tools and nobody counts this as a crime ! As yourselves give Palestinians right to defend themselves by stone!

At the end these two accuseds protested against holding the relevant courts to Ayatollah Boroujerdi's file behind the closed doors and without a lawyer also they criticized holding such this court secretly and without news agencies' attendance. They said that there is no possibility to judge for public thoughts and international observers in this situation.

Finally the court was finished without issuing a penalty sentence and was postpone to next section with no certain date.

Ayatollah Boroujerdi informs on the new machination of the regime against him

Recently I have heard from some soldiers, jailers and staffs of Yazd prison that a special and exclusive prison (section) which is controlled by spy and electronic tools, is provided for me in order to I spend the left of my imprisonment which is about 8 years, in isolation, without access to phone and without having communication with my family and to they make me unaware of on going events of the prison like continued and massive executions.

So I announce my multilateral supports for oppressed prisoners and their poor families and I wish gentle and noble nation of Iran honor and pride also ask for returning of economic, credit and security power to my great compatriots moreover express my eternal unity with my resistant and zealous compatriots and ask Human Rights defenders to help me and provide some situations in order to help them( compatriots) and consider their affairs more than before, also I beg legal , judicial ,human and spiritual societies of the world to set a massive and effective movement to defend the people who are involved by this country that is under the oppression of religious despotism .

I, the prisoner religious leader, have been tortured in various appalling sections of Evin prison for a long time because of my opposition to political religion and governmental Islam and my family is the victim of Iranian authorities' crimes and all followers of the thought of "protest against interference of state in spirituality" who helped me in protesting against governmental clergies have been violated psychologically and physically. I'm waiting for the extensive movement of legal societies and human organizations of United Nations to(they) prevent from continuation of the religious despotism and prohibit annihilation of thought freedom and belief independence by their extensive and multilateral attendance in Security Council of the United Nations. As a public prosecutor of society who is asking for deleting the belief inquiring from personal life of people and annihilating the thought and cultural censorship in Iranian society, I ask you the propagandist of liberalism, to propound and follow up my complaint in Human Right supreme court and in this way prevent from further profanity by Iran government, because it's 30 years that they have obviously oppressed on people by the name of kind God and no body has permit to critic and they torture me who have opposed to the regime of Iran pretends that acts base on religious laws, for along time by different kinds of inhuman and unjust penalties .

 Selecting a person, who is not from the white race, frustrated all the long time negative propagandas of dictator government of Iran regarding to partiality, injustice and racialism of west. Two ladies of Ayatollah Boroujerdi’s followers have been summoned to Special Court of Clergy

Ladies Narges Ghafarzade and Maryam Azimi have to attend the special Court of Clergy on wedensday morning 22 January 2009 according to the summonses have been revieved by them. The reason of calling and sort of their crime has not been mentioned in these summonses.
Mrs. Ghafarzade has been detained three times as yet, once on 29 July 2006, then on 8 Oct 2006 and last one on 25 Nove 2007, the relevant officers have illegally confiscated many of her belongs along with all her personal things by referral to her house during these detentions.
Mrs. Maryam Azimi has been detained two times too, once on 8 Oct 2006 and then on 25 Nove 2007.
These two ladies have been tortured, ill-treated and inquired in 240, 209 and Nesuan (special section for women) sections of Evin prison and now they are suffering from physical and psychological diseases due to these pressures.

Death threatens Ayatollah Kazemeini Boroujerdi's life

Last night Yazd prison authorities after transferring the pacific clergy, Ayatollah Seyed Hosein Kazemeini Boroujerdi to section of dangerous prisoners in order to make more pressure on him, beat him up severely by making an artificial fight as his hands and his waist have seriously been hurt due to this artificial action.

According to the report of a reliable source; the authorities of the prison sent some of their agents as prisoner to this section to make such this unsafe and insecure situation for Ayatollah Boroujerdi. One of the prisoners who is the supervisor of the section said regarding to this matter:" I had never seen these people before and I don't know how they have been transferred to here!"

Hard and continued pressures on Ayatollah Boroujerdi is being continued while according to numerous reports of Human Rights organizations like: International Amnesty, Human Rights Watch and International campaign of Human Rights ;because of gravity of his physical state he must be transferred to out of prison immediately to use treatment equipments. Ayatollah Boroujerdi is combating death in the medieval prisoners of Islamic Republic which its leaders claim to defend Human Rights specially oppressed nation of Palestine.

It is necessary to say that Ayatollah Boroujerdi is an opinion prisoner who is insisting on his demands such as opinion freedom, equality between the rights of men and women, stopping the execution of Islamic penalties and necessity of separation of religion and politics, while he has been in prison and under torture for two years and half .

The liberal prisoner, Ayatollah Kazemeini Boroujerdi is driven to extremities

Today morning January 15, 2009, the religious government of Iran transferred the pacific clergy, Ayatollah Kazemeini Boroujerdi from military section to narcotic addicts section in order to make more restricts in his communication with out of prison. It's necessary to say that the reflex of his pacific revealing and taking positions specially his views on necessity of abstaining from war and bloodshed and also of making peace between Arabs and Israel on mass media and in Human Rights Societies led to severe anger and hostile decision of Government against him. Please pay attention that the intensity of cold and wet in narcotic addicts section will increase the intensity of his diseases and gravity of his state.

 " Today they transferred me to another section and change my place to torture me more than before. I have faced with new and more serious problems in this part of Yazd prison such as cold and restriction in using telephone. The goal of despotic government is ruining my resistance and stifling my voice.

Now once again I ask my attorneys in and out of country to announce their protests against Human Rights violation and against denial of freedom for a religious prisoner leader and to ask Prisoners Defenders organizations to increase and intensify their delivering movement and also to ask world's mass media to help to remove severe and heavy restrictions on me. Cutting off my phone calls indicates blocking the procedure of Human Rights Watch in medieval prisons. Suffocating and detaining a preacher of freedom and belief independence in appalling sections of religious government purports blocking effective and permanent news in current world.

I am spending regrettable time as I need immediate help of world's societies."

Mr. Boroujerdi’s comments regarding the Arab-Israeli conflict

We have all inherited from the wise Abraham who is the father of monotheists; and all divine religions and faiths lead to him. Any conflict and hatred among the followers of these Abrahamic religions, will incur the displeasure of this great monotheist teacher. The roots of conflicts among those members of the divine doctrines are the villainous and malevolent deeds of the autocrats and dictators who are devoid of all logic, convictions, sagacity and legitimacy. Indeed, how could there be a conflict between the converts and the source when all goals are divine and sacred?

Ayatollah Boroujerdi's gratitude to Iranian political and opinion prisoners and his sympathy with their families

While I announce my aversion to continuing religious dictatorship and I express my love and friendship with Iranian political and opinion prisoner, once again I declare my advocacy of families of prisoners. I expect zealot and anti despotism nation to help the children of oppressed prisoners emotionally and financially. The aware future generations will never forget the efforts which are done in order to belief independence, thought freedom and thinking delivery of despotic surrounds also we will respect the memory of the soldiers and persons who are fond of country.
Surly in such theses important moments which the current history of religion and country is written by violence and suffocation, the name and memory of liberals and persons who seek and effort for right and justice will be as the sun and the moon of the sky of our dear country.

Don’t be disappointment about divine tests in this temporal world

Be hopeful and have patience with hardships and disasters. If there were no disaster and no hardship, patience would never be reached. If there were no stress and worry, quite and calmness had no meaning. If there were no pains, comfort and calm would be lost. If there were no sorrows, no body was happy. Every thing is known by its antonym and opponent. Be firm to become eternal. Have resistance to become the light of guidance.

Be preacher of justice and right to become holy and heavenly. Be like a bird that has a good voice to delight hearts.

That was the only thing that I have in this temporal world and I offer it to you…..

Because of this event, Ayatollah Boroujerdi sent an audio message on 5 January 2009 that has been brought to your ears:

Today I called home and informed that my wife has had a heart attack and has been bedridden in C.C.U in Tehran Clinic hospital. She has been tortured physically and psychologically for a long time during my campaigns. She was kidnapped by Ministry of Information agents 10 years ago and was anaesthetized illegally and continuously that I don’t know what they did about her at that time and she was affected by brain disease as a result of this matter as the related medical documents are available, also she has been tortured and violated during this two and half years as it has caused to mental, neurology and interior diseases on her. Now, while my family has been taken as hostage by despotic government and my relatives and followers have no life security, I ask all legal, spiritual and human organizations to help us and defend my family in my absence.

This anti-religion regime has threatened and tortured my wife and children to annihilate me as a religious leader in order to I leave my demands and put up with governmental clergies. It's a shame that although they have imprisoned and chained a father for many years, but they use psychological and feeling ways and detain his family to annihilate him.

I condemn illegal and unjust actions of the pretenders of religion and politics and I ask oppressed nation of Iran to pray God to save my family and the families of deprived prisoners also I ask the United Nations to have more exact observation on Human Rights process in Iran.
