Mr. Kazemeini Boroujerdi, transferred to solitary confinement

According to a recent report from Tehran to the Human Rights and Democracy Activists in Iran, secular cleric, Mr. Kazemeini Boroujerdi, opposition liberal leader and prisoner of conscience, was transferred to solitary confinement on May 18, 2013.
Mr. Boroujerdi, opposed to Velayat-faqih, recently released a message urging a boycott of the presidential elections.  The message was widely disseminated throughout various media outlets and other interested groups.

Security forces in Evin prison entered the special ward for clergy and forced Mr Boroujerdi to gather his personal belongings in preparation for transfer to solitary confinement at the prison. There is no additional information regarding his condition at this time. The cleric has had no contact  with anyone outside of the prison since 4:00 pm (Tehran time) May 18, and  his family is completely unaware of his fate.

In his published statement on  April  2013 , Mr. Boroujerdi stated that the election is a means to make a mockery of the Iranian people. He said:

Every four years, they organize a counterfeit election and prop up candidates who will do their further bidding by repeating the same lies, in order to guarantee another few years of the criminal rule. They make a mockery of the citizens who wish to participate in a lawful and constitutional process and who wish to have their voices heard as the veritable partners of this country, but who are nothing more than objects of control and playthings by the illegal regime.

Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei, has appointed Two of his followers to enforce the suppression of libertarian clergymen and  enforce  repressive commands against humanity.  they named Mohammad Jafar Mmontazeri as the head of the Special Court for the Clergy in Iran, and Ebrahim Raeisi as  Prosecutor of the Special Court for the  Clergy and the Commission member in the massacre of political prisoners in 1367.

Human Rights Activists for Democracy In Iran condemned the transfer of Mr. Boroujerdi to solitary confinement in Evin prison.  They also requested from The High Commissioner for Human Rights, and from other international authorities, urgent action to immediately end all acts harassment, and extend unconditional freedom to Mr. Boroujerdi.
