To the Attention of my Dear Representatives and Wonderful Attorneys

With greetings and respect and wishes of increasing success,

As you are aware, I have been at the service of religion, minus politics, since twenty years now, at the beginning of which, due to my independent religious thoughts and opinions, I was imprisoned at the secret prison of Towhid, which is located next to the central post office, and was tortured with hideous devices, destined for a physical and mental breakdown; and fourteen years before that, following a non-political monotheistic publication, I was also imprisoned for a few months in ward 209 of the Ministry of Intelligence, and was subjected to harassment and persecution. Also, during these nine years, as a defender of human rights, I have experienced all kinds of torment to the point that I have lost all of my health, and have no hope to continue my life – my legs are becoming paralyzed, my eyes are becoming blind, my lungs are in danger of failing, my heart is on a path to a heart attack, and my brain is bringing me closer to death. Nine years - every second of which has been accompanied by a mountain of excruciating pressures.

A New Case at the Special Clerical Court for Mr. Kazemeini Boroujerdi

Mr. Kazemeni Boroujerdi is facing new charges from the Special Clerical Court due to publication of his new book.

Following the news on April 12, 2015 regarding transfer of Mr. Kazemeini Boroujerdi to the Special Clerical Court and hours of interrogation, new information has been received as follows:

During that few-hour interrogation, one of the officials of the Special Clerical Court, called Mr. Nosrat Abadi, has told Mr. Kazemeini Boroujerdi that he will soon have to attend a new court hearing regarding publication of his new book.

Disclosure of the Conspiracy of the Special Clerical Intelligence against Mr. Kazemeini Boroujerdi

In an arranged plan by the Ministry of Intelligence, Mr. Kazemeini Boroujerdi’s cellmate had been filming him. Meanwhile, this person was released from prison in April 11, 2015. According to reports coming from Evin Prison, Special Clerical officials have intensified security measures for Mr. Kazemeini Boroujerdi, so that some time ago, a camera had been installed inside the bathroom he used and he was recorded on film, which led to his protest on June 03, 2014 regarding violation of his privacy.

Special Clerical Intelligence Shaved Mr. Kezemeini Boroujerdi’s Beard

On Sunday April 5th, in order to humiliate Mr. Kazemeini Boroujerdi and further persecute and torment him, some people from the Special Clerical Intelligence went into Mr. Kazemeini Boroujerdi’s cell and shaved his beard by force.

The Critical Health Status of Mr. Kazemeini Boroujerdi and Denial of Medical Leave

Reports from Iran,indicated  that on Saturday March 28,  2015,  Mr. Kazemini Boroujerdi has a  brief meeting  with his wife Mrs Akram Validosti in the second week of  Nowruz( Persian New Year).  ​ Mr. Kazemini-Boroujerdi is beginning his tenth year in prison and so far, he has not been given medical furlough, and the regime authority has actively refused him any medical care for his ever-worsening multitude of illnesses which have become chronic. He has also been prohibited from receiving any legal representation.

As a prisoner of conscience I send you my sincerest greetings.

As a religious leader being jailed due to brutality of the “Faqih” regime in Iran, my greatest hope is of course, the progress in negotiations will lead to peace, freedom and justice and I wish inhuman and anti‐Iranian behaviors of our government will be restricted.

Prevention of Mr. Boroujerdi from meeting with the Representatives of the Parliament

On Tuesday evening, February 3, the persons in charge of the Evin prison went to Mr. Boroujerdi’s cell and after showing him the dispatch order, transferred him to the Evin prison dispensary by ambulance; during the nine years of his imprisonment, even though his health situation was not good, however his transfer by an ambulance is remains unprecedented!

The human history has revealed the violence of religion, placing the creator in the seat of accusation and they have developed their materialistic and carnal greed.

WMA urges immediate release of jailed iranian cleric

(15.01.2015) The World MedicalAssociation has written to Iran’s leader, Ayatollah Sayed ‘Ali Khamenei, to urge for the immediate release of the jailed Iranian cleric Sayed Hossein Kazemeyni Boroujerdi, who is serving an 11 year prison sentence.
