The United Nations Special Rapporteur for Human Rights in Iran

Your Excellency,

I appreciate your humanitarian figures, particularly the third special report on the terrible situation of human rights in Iran and would like to attract your kind attention to the following points:

Please take the message of the Protesters against the Velayat-e-Faqih Dictatorship to all the people of world.

During this critical and tragic time, the Iranian people are suffering enormously from intense economic pressures now aggravated by new external sanctions on the country, suffocating political and social restrictions, and complete media censorship.

Mr. Kazemeini Boroujerdi, spiritual leader and prisoner of conscience, has constantly defended the Iranian people and their right to freedom, justice and peace. Yet he continuously stresses that without extensive media coverage of the Iranian people’s plight, as well as their demonstrations and my and the campaigns of others for freedom, justice and peace, the crimes and violence of this illegitimate and brutal regime will continue unabated, and the severely troubled situation of the Iranian people will never improve. He has bravely sent this message from within the prison to request that all reporters, journalists and media administrators regularly broadcast news about the Iranian people to the world. Their perceived silence is actually the result of media censorship within the country and the fear of brutal retaliation for anyone speaking against the regime.

Mr. Ban Ki Moon! Challenge the president of Iran, publicly!

 Mr. Kazemeini Boroujerdi has written some letters to United Nation secretary general on the occasion of the sixty-seventh UN General Assembly in New York. He asked Mr. Ban Ki Moon to publicly charge the president of Iran to account for some troubles in Iran in order for the world to learn of and impeded the dangers posed by this deceitful regime. He explained all that the founder of revolution in Iran promised is not actualized after 33 years, therefore the regime has absolutely lost its legitimacy and a free referendum in Iran is necessary.

During an open letter to the world Great leaders attending the General Assembly, he described the people troubles and said:”regretfully after 33 years we see just lying, wile, oppression, discrimination and violence in this regime”.

The Boroujerdi’s open letter has been receipt by “Human Right and Democracy Activists in Iran” and had been read already in ancillary meetings during the session period.

As the primary person charged with defending the rights of people around the world, greetings to you. Mr. Seyed Hossein Kazemi Boroujerdi is an independent, non-political Iranian religious leader in Iran. He has been imprisoned by the country’s so-called Islamic government for 7 years for teaching religious tolerance and the separation of religion from government.

Arise and look at what your commitment and efforts have wrought in today’s Iran. Since you imposed and ruled over Iran with your version of political Islam, true religion and Sharia law have been destroyed. Every aspect of the current regime is just a totalitarian and corrupt dictatorship where the crown has been replaced by the turban. All levels of Iran’s government reflect the actions and policies of the leader of the Al-Bani Omaye, Al-Bani Marvan, and Al-Bani Abbas. This has simply been a resurgence of the religious tyranny of the Ottoman Empire.

Your decision to attend the Non Aligned Movement (NAM), this week in Tehran, draws special attention to the unique role of the Secretary General as the leader of the United Nations, an institution that, in 1945, set as the preamble of its charter the following mission statement:

In the international community linking politics with sports may be considered unpleasant; however considerations for human rights supersede all other issues.  Neglecting such fundamental rights causes irreparable harm to human dignity and degrades humanistic values.  Therefore one must place political convictions foremost in all matters.

This letter is from a prisoner of conscience in Iran who has been jailed for seven years for speaking out against pervasive violations of human rights by Iran‘s religious dictatorship. He has been denied all legal representation and medical care, including needed medications, and is dying because of that lack of medical care. He needs your immediate help.

I am a humble man of the cloth, who has spent the last seven years incarcerated by the Velatyat’eh Faghih, under the most unmentionable physical and psychological torture. Innocent members of my family have also endured the very same hardship.

The new wave of Iranian regime’s rumors against Mr. Kazemeini Boroujerdi

According to the reports by the human right and democracy activists in Iran, the religious rule of Velayat-e- Faghih, in a new effort has begun a new cycle of rumors against Mr. Boroujerdi and  they have tried to neutralize him because of the actions of this protesting detainee against foundation of the rule of Velayat-e-Faghih by spreading false and baseless rumors about his release from prison.Based on this report, the religious dictatorship of the regime in Iran could not silence his voice  questioning the foundation of the clerical rule despite using different violent methods such as physical and psychological torture in prison.  They resort to other deceitful and cruel methods like spreading lies, propaganda about Mr. Boroujerdi on TV, radio, newspapers and the media  with ties to the government against this prisoner who is in favor of the separation of state and religion.
