A Christmas Message from Boroujerdi, the Founder of Monotheism without Borders

I congratulate Christmas, the nativity of Jesus Christ, the prince of peace, kindness and friendship to all of his followers and the ones who imitate Jesus. He was a great messenger who never used power to introduce God. He is a real teacher of monotheism, what the mankind has always been distant from.

Are Human Rights Appealable by such Conventions and Protocols?

Memories and Screeds of Mr. Boroujerdi on Human Rights Day,10 December 2018:

Following the first and second jail period during 1990’s and 2001, I became arrested and imprisoned again in 2006. I was not expecting that under the rule of a religious state, a religious promoter become repressed, the man who is away from politics and political propaganda and has no any political challenge with the rulers.

Actually after my second jail in 2001, I was just gathering the poor, suffered and deprived people to sympathize with them and retrieve them morally, psychologically and emotionally.

Monotheism without Borders: A Brief Description

In the toughest security atmosphere in Iran, Boroujerdi, the Founder of Monotheism without Borders, promote Monotheism (Tawhid) that is it does not have any boundaries to religion and faith. He established the Doctrine of Monotheism (Tawhid) without borders in order to avoid regional, racial, ethnic, religious, and reputability boundaries which disturb and obscure thoughts and minds about God. This tireless hero has started a revolution based on the beliefs of Monotheism. Although it is called Monotheism (Tawhid), it does not mean that it dates back to Tawhid systems that have been in the hands of mankind for tens of thousands of years. Its name is Tawhid, and if he was able to choose another name, he would say that he is looking for ultimate energy. Of course, he has repeatedly said that “I am not sensitive about names.”

Secular Islam!?

According to the recent news, some famous Islamic scientists, with accompanying of Cem Özdemir, the former leader of Green party of Germany from a Turkish origin, have established an organization called “Secular Islam”. Their main goal has been introduced as providing a modern interpretation of Islam.

Looking to their initiative statement, it is mentioned that “we do not want to accept the growing power of politicized Islam which is claiming as the only interpretation of Islam but is so far from democracy.

We Are Looking for a World Free of War

A Message from Mr. Boroujerdi, the Founder of Monotheism without Borders on 100th Anniversary of the End of World War I:

War is a dreadful phenomenon that harms the mankind and destroy the civilization. The history of mankind is full of records of disastrous and extensive wars. War is one of the common instincts between human and animals. The animals fight for their natural intention to survive and to overcome other species, but humans struggle to save their dictatorship. It is hundred years after the world war one, WWI, during which the powers and countries deployed armies against each other, so that a huge population became annihilated after destruction of large cities and massive infrastructures.

But is the war ended up? Never! The next world war happened just two decades later!

The United Nations has been established after the world wars, but could this international organization prevent the next wars?

The Oldest, Largest, Most Diverse and Inclusive Global Interfaith Event was held in Toronto, Canada.(1-7th November). Some of Boroujerdi's reprentatives participated in this congress on behalf of Boroujerdi, who was under house arrest in Tehren, Iran.

Message Sent by the Founder of Monotheism Without Borders, Mr. Boroujerdi, for the World Freedom Day

With greetings:

It is Freedom Day, and freedom is the most beautiful word which has a place in all aspects of life, and it is the most innocent term, yet it can be the most far fetched to attain. The history of humanity has demonstrated a negative record with regards to freedom. In other words, not only does it have an oppressive and dark record with regards to the prevention of freedom, but also with regards to exercising and applying freedom; because in the name of freedom, and while pretending to exercise freedom, they would limit freedom to their own taste and liking, their own ideologies and thoughts, and their own religion.

Message of Boroujerdi, The founder of Monotheism without Borders, to 2018 Annual International Conference On Ethnic and Religious Conflict Resolution and Peacebuilding

Differences in opinions on a wide range of issues is completely natural in the world.  "Difference of opinion" means different views and perspectives, which is common among people around the world because individuals are created with different propensity, attitude, and beliefs; they cannot be equal in terms of thought, orientation, and /or coexistence. Therefore, the racial and religious dissensions are unavoidable. Whereas tribalism is resulted in a kind of racism, patriotism is due to infelt zealotry. Indeed, the stability of a nation in terms of independence and self-sufficiency is depending on their special homeland or thoughts and culture, so peace is a must. Peace is the best solution to overcome the differences because such disagreement always starts with dialogue and discussions, which is followed by arguments using different terminology. Then it tends to harsh propaganda and finally results in fighting and violent battles.

Hence the solution is to modify, I mean modification and reform of ethnic affairs and religions to resolve the conflicts, which is basically considered as the name of this conference: “International Conference on Ethnic and Religious Conflict Resolution and Peace-building”. This includes the entire population of the world, who are dealing with such conflicts due to being dependent to a homeland with limited borders, a religion or both.

One of the advantages of peace is to prevent starvation, massacre, blood clashes and destruction. So we can say that peace should be established based on two pillars, ethnic and religion. For that, it is necessary to control and avoid intemperance and extremism. For example, the one who is hardly defending his homeland, country or region, should avoid fanaticism, which leads to clashes, destruction and casualties from both sides.

Composure is very important, so a reformist and peacemaker should invite society to composure and to avoid prejudice or any misjudgment against others. It is also applied to religious followers, so that they should avoid being intolerant in their beliefs. For example, to say what they have received within their religious context is absolutely from God or is compulsory to accomplish as it is, because such viewpoints will result in bigotry or hard defending of the faith, ultimately will tend to clashes such as Jihad in Islam and so on.

When religious followers control themselves in terms of being accountable to keep their beliefs for themselves and not to follow the misleading social movements, then there will not be any reason for conflicts. Because they will understand very well that God, the lord of religions and faith knows better than human beings how to defend the religious values, it is not necessary to fight with others for any monotheistic belief and/ or to divide society to just and unjust.

  To establish the peace, it is very efficient to unify the thoughts of society. I have established a universal movement called “Monotheism without Borders,” which is totally independent of any divine religion, but it guides the human beings to leave the bigotries and get free of all cultural and mental intolerances, so that all stresses and conflicts will disappear. We also say bigotry in terms of our dependencies and interests to our homeland, nation or faith is fine if it would be managed properly.

We mean the management of our understanding that there is a limitation which we have to never overreach. Sometimes there are two optional decisions for people concerning the events, to react harshly and become nervous or to control oneself and calm down. What so far has resulted in global conflicts and developed the weapons of mass destruction, is the wrong decisions. The fanaticism, hard dependency and commitment to any feeling religion or a race have caused suspicions about others, so that so far the military industries has been developed and the catastrophes, such as world war one and two and more recently the middle east wars, have been occurred.

Mostly the causes of such wars or conflicts have been the ethnic matters or uprisings to support the religious beliefs and its legitimacy. So human beings need to be trained and brought up in a new way to accept the reality of others, rather than their own values and facts. When the logic is not considered, power would be replaced so that this has caused disasters, such as demolition of countries, economies and infrastructures or whatever else can be observed in war-torn regions. As a reformist and peacemakers, who have suffered for long years from religious conflicts and disagreements, I announce my request to the conference, the respected members and participants to establish a common global environment for providing convergence, kindness and unification, instead of radicalism and extremism. 

We can create a unique religion between all the current faiths and beliefs because we are all looking for “One God,” our lord! When all the Ranges and boundary lines are destroyed, we will find that we all are “Monotheistic” without a secondary title. Monotheistic means one who seeks for monotheism. We are all born as Monotheists, even then ones who deny any faiths or beliefs, because humans are naturally predisposed to believe in god. Therefore, what is the need to separate Sharia, rituals, or religious traditions, when the consequences of these separations will be arising hostility and disappearing the camaraderie and friendship. 

Similarly, in ethnic issues, we should know that we are all the children of our mother earth, which is not to belong to the place that we were born in, like in Middle East, America, Europe, Africa and so on. Indeed, we belong to the “Earth”. If we expand our homeland to the earth and considering ourselves as a biotype or congener before considering that we are compatriots, the consequence of it would be keeping peace in the world. Then, the violence goes down, and the tension does not expand due to the national and regional affiliation boundaries, which is caused the war and fights for many years.

Today, the World Is in Dire Need of Peace: Boroujerdi's Message in International Day of Peace

Today, everywhere, especially in Islamic countries, such as Iran, people have hated against religions. As a founder of Monotheism without Borders, I am also in agreement with these people, and I understand them. Indeed, a professional and scientific performance is required to modifying and removing the effects of the abuse of the religion. However, it is not efficient to follow shallow thinking, attacking and criticizing of religion and confront religious notes that emerged from the violence of religions.

The Last Report on Mr. Boroujerdi’s Situation after 19 Months House Arrest

Nineteen months after temporary release of Mr. Boroujerdi, the founder of “Monotheism without Borders”, from prison which has actually turned to his house arrest, it is necessary to review his situation personally and socially.  

As an individual, he is still continuously suffering from illnesses caused by tortures and also from persecutions by the regime’s authorities since he is a political prisoner of conscience. As a result of eleven years being tortured in the jail and being deprived of medical treatment and medicines, his physical situation is severely deteriorated to the extent that after nineteen months, his diseases have remained not only untreated, but also are expanded. 

The Necessity and Methods of Abolishing Discrimination and Religious Violence

Abstract—During the recent decades, the result of religious prophets has lost its attraction, and theology has become disfigured, so it has been made ugly. Undoubtedly, some of existing non-peaceful and harsh rules and measures within the religious books and contexts have been considered as the reasons and excuses for defamation of religions. Based on library sources and also extensive research in Quran and Islamic narratives, this study has aimed to find some alternative solutions and options to abolish and disregard those religious rules which are in contrary of human right charters and standards. The results have demonstrated that some of inhuman religious punishments such as execution, stoning, whipping as well as religious discriminations and warlike behaviors are in contrary of some other religious contexts and concepts. This finding has proved inadaptability between some religious contexts and religious records.

Human Rights in Monotheism without Border

     Abstract—Freedom, democracy, peace and security are among absolute rights to be provided, else the life will be disturbed. These rights are trampled upon by religious governments. Basically many of the teachings and laws, especially in Islam, somehow have violated human rights and allowed religious rulers and religious fanatics to trample upon, under religious excuses, freedom and individual and social rights both in material and spiritual aspects. Based on a library sources, this study is aimed to answer to this question whether there would be some concepts within the Quran and Islamic narratives to be adopted with and to support international human rights measures and articles. The results have demonstrated that after a free research in religious contexts without a fanaticism and sectarian background and viewpoint, some concepts could be extracted in accordance to human rights measures. These concepts could be publicized and promoted to assist in removing challenges and contradictions between religion and modernity.
